Nils Kröger

Founder

Nils Kröger is the founder of the Kroeger Foundation, a venture-focused initiative backing entrepreneurs who use technology, AI, and engineering to solve meaningful problems and shape the future.

His entrepreneurial journey began in e-commerce, where his own success on Amazon quickly attracted the attention of other companies looking for strategic guidance. What began as helping peers grew into one of Germany’s leading Amazon agencies. The firm supported over 500 businesses and became a trusted partner to both mid-sized companies and large corporations—while generating seven-figure annual profits under Nils’ leadership.

As the team scaled, so did internal complexity. Nils found that existing tools for onboarding, communication, and training were fragmented, generic, or too simplistic to support high-growth operations. To address this, he built a custom internal platform that brought structure, clarity, and automation to his organization—from training and updates to documentation and internal support.

That platform became Workbase: a modern productivity platform for employees and customers. With personalized dashboards, structured onboarding, internal wikis, news, surveys, and a secure, company-trained AI assistant, Workbase helps organizations boost productivity, reduce manual workload, and improve both employee and customer experience. It is now used by growing teams and enterprises to streamline operations at scale.

Following the successful exit from his agency, Nils founded the Kroeger Foundation to invest in visionary founders building solutions with long-term, global impact. Today, he leads both Workbase and the Foundation—focused on supporting entrepreneurs who think boldly, build fast, and solve problems that matter.
